A minimum deposit of $100 is required at the time of registration in order to hold a seat in the class. The remaining balance must be paid before the first day of class. 

Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees that the deposit of $100 is non-refundable in ALL circumstances, including but not limited to if the buyer decides he/she does not want or is no longer needing to take the Driver's Education Class/ Behind-the-Wheel lessons.

Learn 2 Drive Driving School will not refund any tuition monies when actual services have been rendered.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Students enrolled in a Teen Driver’s Education class who are absent for any time during the class must make up the missed time in the next class, and their driving dates may be affected as a result of missing class time. If an absence occurs, please speak with our office staff to facilitate new classroom dates/times for your student.

**Cancellation of Behind-the-Wheel Lessons**

We make every effort to keep our scheduled appointments and ask that you do the same. We understand that sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that may require you to reschedule your lesson, we ask you to give a 24-hour notice when possible by calling your instructor or the school (919) 805-2181. If you don’t call within 24 hours there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee. If your instructor needs to cancel due to weather conditions or other emergencies, they will call as early as possible.
